All Star Driver Education offers a state-mandated 6-hour course designed to prepare teens for their road test and a Level 2 learner’s license. Michigan FAQ’s
2. 18 or older: Michigan Temporary Instruction Permit, photo ID/legal proof of identity, current vehicle insurance and registration.
3.Out-of-state/foreign: Driving Skills Test Authorization Receipt (DSTAR), out-of-state/foreign driver’s license, current vehicle insurance and registration.
If you do not bring the required documents, it will result in a failed road test.
